Katheryne Mary Lugo, a 4-year-old girl, disappeared from her home in Riviera Beach, Florida, on January 8, 1994. On that day, Katheryne's mother, Frances Moya, left for work early in the morning, leaving her daughter in the care of her then-boyfriend, Misbah Kazi, who is not Katheryne’s biological father.
