Barbara Vanwinkle, aged 61, was last seen on the evening of May 21, 1994, at around 9:00 p.m. at a Shore Stop in Bethany Beach, Delaware. She was a resident of Rehoboth Beach and disappeared under mysterious circumstances. On June 9, 1994, her green 1993 Ford Crown Victoria was discovered abandoned in the parking lot of the Mid Sussex Shopping Center in Millsboro.
