Dudley Truett Scott, a 52-year-old man from Splendora, Texas, went missing on December 16, 1994. Scott, who had Down syndrome and was mute, required medication to manage disorientation and seizures. On the day of his disappearance, he was last seen walking into a wooded area near his home on Creekwood Drive.
