Thomas Stephen Stump, a 41-year-old man from Summerland Key, Florida, was last seen on July 24, 1995. On the morning of his disappearance, Thomas was preparing for a family vacation with his wife, Bernie, and their two daughters. He visited a gas station, the bank, and the post office as part of the preparations.
