Edgar Orlando Forbes, a 21-year-old from Belle Glade, Florida, was last seen in the early hours of October 28, 1995. After an argument with his mother, he left her residence around 2:15 a.m. in his red 1995 Honda Civic Del Sol, bearing Florida license plate QBW95E. Forbes may have been traveling to Miami, Tallahassee, or Pensacola, as he was a student at the University of West Florida in Pensacola at the time.
