Thomas "Tommy" Walters, age 50, was last seen leaving his home in Kinston, North Carolina, on February 28, 1996. Walters, who had been experiencing depression, departed from his residence on Heritage Street in his 1979 black and tan Chrysler station wagon, which had North Carolina license plate FRA-1921. He has not been seen or heard from since, and his destination at the time remains unknown.
