In the quiet town of Kinston, North Carolina, a family was changed forever on February 28, 1996, when 50-year-old Thomas Lee Walters, known affectionately as Tommy, disappeared. He was last seen leaving his home on the 1300 block of Heritage Street that day. Thomas, a Caucasian male with black hair and brown eyes, stood at 5 feet 10 inches and weighed around 150 pounds.
