Vincent Warren Missing Person Case

Vincent Warren, a 52-year-old man, went missing from Indianapolis, Indiana, on August 19, 1996. Warren, who was mentally disabled, was last seen in the city and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as an African-American male standing six feet tall and weighing around 170 pounds. He had graying black hair, brown eyes, and wore eyeglasses. Notably, Warren had no teeth, as all of them had been extracted prior to his disappearance.
