Chris Frank, an 82-year-old man, was last seen on September 10, 1996, after being released from the Southeast Jail in Houston, Texas. Despite his advanced age and the fact that he suffered from arthritis in his legs, he disappeared without a trace, and his whereabouts have remained unknown ever since. Frank was 5'9" tall and weighed around 160 pounds at the time of his disappearance, with gray hair and brown eyes.
