Stanislaw Balinski, a 75-year-old man from Crosby, Texas, went missing on April 3, 1997. Balinski, who was known to have diminished mental capacity due to a stroke he suffered in 1995, left his home early that morning in search of cans to recycle and never returned. He was last seen in the 6600 block of Miller Wilson Road, where he resided. He was wearing dark gray pants, a brown plaid shirt, black shoes, and possibly a white cap.
