He was last seen in the 6600 block of Miller Wilson Road, where he resided. He was wearing dark gray pants, a brown plaid shirt, black shoes, and possibly a white cap.
Balinski, who had a pronounced Polish accent and a distinctive stooped posture, had previously wandered away from his home on other occasions, but he had always been found. His family and local authorities immediately initiated a search, but despite extensive efforts, he has not been located. His case remains unsolved, and the Harris County Sheriff's Office continues to handle the investigation.
