Harold William Roland, a 50-year-old man, was last seen on July 21, 1997, near Lake Sam Rayburn in Texas. On the day of his disappearance, Roland, who owned a lake house in San Augustine County, informed a witness that he planned to go fishing. He was driving a gray 1996 Chevrolet pickup truck with a pontoon boat and trailer at the time.
