Ekaterina "Katie" Shcherbakova, a 13-year-old girl, was last seen on April 5, 1998, in Monterey, California. She had left her home on Casanova Street to visit a friend's house in Seaside. According to reports, Ekaterina left her friend's home around 8:00 p.m., walking toward Fremont Boulevard to return home, but she never arrived and has not been heard from since.
