Ricky Lee Parsons, a 21-year-old man from Plano, Texas, was last seen on May 24, 1998. On that afternoon, he left with a couple of friends while driving his tan 1991 Nissan Maxima, which was notable for its expensive chrome wheels and Texas license plate number FFLA4Z. Ricky’s family became concerned when he failed to return home or show up for work the following day, which was out of character for him. His brother reported him missing two days later.
