Christina Marchell Richart, a 14-year-old girl, was last seen on June 1, 1999, in Ozark, Arkansas. At the time, she was living with her aunt, Wanda Richart, and her uncle, Charles "Bubba" Richart, following the death of her father and the inability of her mother to care for her.
