Anastasiya Ovetsky, a 16-year-old girl, went missing from East Brunswick, New Jersey, on July 19, 1999. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as 5'1" to 5'5" tall, weighing around 140 pounds, with sandy brown or blonde hair and hazel eyes. Anastasiya had distinguishing features, including pierced ears and a tongue piercing, as well as a birthmark on her leg. She was born in Ukraine and was fluent in Russian.
