Samantha Kibalo, a 2-year-old girl, was last seen on February 3, 2001, in Suffern, New York. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Ann Yermak Kibalo, during a court-ordered visitation. The child had been in the midst of a custody dispute between her parents, with Samantha’s father, Michael Kibalo, having primary custody. Following the abduction, Ann failed to return Samantha to her father as scheduled, leading to a warrant for her arrest.
