Leon Bell III was last seen on September 9, 2002, when his mother dropped him off at the Solomons Court Apartments on West Wheatland Road in Dallas, Texas. At the time of his disappearance, Leon was 15 years old, standing 5'7" and weighing approximately 140 pounds. He had black hair, brown eyes, and a distinguishing burn scar on his left elbow. It is believed that Leon may have left voluntarily, and his case is classified as an endangered runaway.
