Neil was last seen on October 17, 2003 while on a fishing trip with his father, Neil Wayne Eddleman (MP10148), and another adult male. The boat has since been located, along with the adult male, who was found deceased. The child's ears are pierced and he has a scar on the right side of his abdomen.
