Tamara Elizabeth Toy, 44, was last seen on May 6, 2006, in Bradenton, Florida. At the time, she was living with her boyfriend, Glenn Bivens, at the Budget Inn on Tamiami Trail. Tamara was struggling with addiction to prescription painkillers and had a history of drug abuse, which factored into the later investigation.
