In the late summer of 2007, concerns began to grow for the well-being of thirty-year-old Kevin Floyd Baker in Virginia Beach, Virginia. A friend reached out to the authorities on Wednesday, September 12, 2007, to report him missing. This official report prompted an investigation by the Virginia Beach Police Department into Kevin's whereabouts. He was a Black male, standing at 6'2' and weighing around 150 pounds, with brown eyes and, at the time of his disappearance, a shaved head. ...
