Stefanie Francique, a 24-year-old mother from New Port Richey, Florida, was last seen on the evening of November 5, 2007. She disappeared from her home in the Colony Lakes Estates subdivision, where she lived with her father and stepmother. That night, Stefanie was standing on the front porch, smoking a cigarette and talking on the phone. Her parents went to bed around 11:00 p.m., but when they woke up the next morning, Stefanie was gone.
Her car, along with most of her personal belongings, including her clothes, wallet, and credit cards, were left behind. However, her car keys, house keys, cigarettes, and her pink cell phone were missing. An extensive search revealed tire tracks near a shallow pond at the entrance to the subdivision, and a pack of cigarettes matching Stefanie’s preferred brand was also found nearby. Despite these clues, no evidence of foul play was discovered, and there were no signs of a break-in at the home.
Stefanie's family emphasized that she was a devoted mother to her young daughter, and they do not believe she would have abandoned her willingly. Despite searches and investigations, Stefanie remains missing, and her case is considered suspicious but unsolved.
