Pedro Castro Martinez, an 18-year-old from Porterville, California, was last seen on March 31, 2008. At the time, he was boarding a bus headed to Tijuana, Mexico. Pedro has not been heard from since, and his case remains unsolved. He is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5'6", with black hair and brown eyes. Pedro has distinguishing features, including a scar above his left eye and a pierced left ear.
