Cosme Ibay, a 78-year-old man from Orlando, Florida, was last seen on September 7, 2008, in Polk City, Florida. He had moved from Polk City years earlier but frequently visited to tend to a garden at his former home. On the day of his disappearance, Ibay was last seen around 1:00 p.m. working in his garden on Waterview Drive.
