Ellisya Santoso, a 4-year-old girl from Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania, went missing on November 8, 2008. Authorities believe she was abducted by her non-custodial father, Budi Muyla Santoso. Ellisya was last seen with her father, who had been facing charges related to fraud and conspiracy at the time of her disappearance. It is suspected that Budi fled the country with Ellisya, possibly to Indonesia, where he has connections.
