Cherice Ragins, a 24-year-old woman from Baltimore, Maryland, was last seen on February 21, 2010, in Catonsville. She had left her home on February 19 to visit her boyfriend, Travis Eugene Elleby, with whom she had been in a relationship for about a year. On the day of her disappearance, Elleby claimed that he walked her to a bus stop at Route 40 and Rolling Road, and that she was supposed to return home to her mother.
