Cherice Maria Ragins was 24 years old when she vanished from Catonsville, Maryland, after last being seen on February 21, 2010. NamUs lists her as missing from the area of Route 40 and Rolling Road in Catonsville, and identifies the Baltimore County Police Department as the investigating agency. She was described as a Black woman, about 5 feet 4 inches to 5 feet 5 inches tall and about 120 pounds, with black collar-length hair and brown eyes.
