Michael Taus, 25, was last seen on June 18, 2010, in West Islip, New York. He reportedly left his home that evening for a blind date with a woman he met online. His family became concerned when he didn't return, and his dog, Romeo, also went missing along with food and water bowls. A week later, Taus's car, a black Volkswagen Jetta, was found running in Elmont, New York, but there was no trace of Taus or his dog.
