He seemed happy and upbeat as he showed his father new clothes he had purchased. This would be the last time his family would see him. Taus, a man who ran a business detailing cars and boats and also built websites, vanished that day along with his beloved two-year-old pit bull, Romeo. Concern grew when he failed to return home and could not be reached. The situation became more alarming when it was discovered that not only were Taus and his dog missing, but Romeo's food and water bowls were also gone from his apartment.
