Kenneth John Beltram, age 25, was last seen on July 16, 1977, in Brentwood, California. He was with his girlfriend, Evangeline Silva, and her younger sister, Rebecca Rodriguez. The three were reportedly seen at Brentwood Park that evening, telling others they were either heading to Oakley or Hogg Island. Later that night, they got into Beltram's car and vanished.
