Kenneth John Beltram, age 25, was last seen on July 16, 1977, in Brentwood, California. He was with his girlfriend, Evangeline Silva, and her younger sister, Rebecca Rodriguez. The three were reportedly seen at Brentwood Park that evening, telling others they were either heading to Oakley or Hogg Island. Later that night, they got into Beltram's car and vanished. The following day, Beltram's brother allegedly saw him, but without the two women. This sighting was the last confirmed interaction with Beltram.
Beltram’s vehicle, a pearl-white 1960 Chevrolet with distinctive mag rims and a large dent in the tailgate, was later spotted in Concord, California. Friends of Beltram saw the car being driven by an unidentified Caucasian male, but were unable to catch up with it. The vehicle has not been seen since, and there has been no trace of Beltram, Silva, or Rodriguez.
Authorities suspect foul play, as the circumstances surrounding their disappearance are considered highly suspicious. Despite multiple sightings and ongoing investigations, no concrete leads have surfaced in this decades-old mystery. Beltram, Silva, and Rodriguez remain missing.
