Roxanne Marie Sims, 19, was last seen on December 31, 1977, in Portland, Oregon. At the time of her disappearance, she was described as being 5'6" tall, weighing 125 pounds, with brown hair. Roxanne may have occasionally worn a large, light brown Afro-style wig and was known for her distinctive faux fur jacket with multiple patches.
