Wayne Flagg, a 56-year-old man from Massena, New York, went missing on August 5, 1980. He was last seen by his wife at their residence on Parker Avenue around 3 p.m. on August 2, 1980. A few days later, his vehicle was discovered unsecured in a parking lot in the village of Massena, but there were no signs of Wayne himself.
