Ryan Jan Kemp, 30 years old at the time, was last seen on September 15, 1981, in Germansville, Pennsylvania. He was reportedly having lunch at the King’s IGA supermarket in North Whitehall Township. Two days after his disappearance, Kemp's truck was found abandoned at the Buffalo Inn, located along Route 309, but there were no signs of Kemp himself.
