William Christopher Delk, an 18-year-old, was last seen on July 23, 1982, as he left the South Bronx Job Corps Center on Andrews Avenue in the Bronx, New York. He was enrolled in a training program there and had called his mother in Huntington, New York, asking her to pick him up. However, when she arrived at the center, William was nowhere to be found. Strangely, he had left behind his street clothes, and no one at the center reported seeing him leave.
