He was last seen at approximately 4:00 a.m. at the Spa Lounge, where he had been until closing time. Earlier that evening, he had reportedly been denied service at another establishment called Mugs Away.
Henry, who was known to be mentally disabled with a low IQ and functioned at the emotional and mental level of a 15-year-old, was wearing a red and white striped t-shirt, dark blue jeans, and white sneakers at the time of his disappearance. He was reported missing by 7:00 p.m. that evening, after he never returned to the home he shared with his parents and three brothers on Heberton Avenue.
