Phillip Eugene Andrews, age 25, was last seen on February 2, 1988, in Marianna, Florida. He disappeared around 8:00 p.m. that evening and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Andrews was described as a white male, 5'7" tall, weighing 140 pounds, with blond, shoulder-length hair, blue eyes, and acne scars on his face.
