In the winter of 1989, a 29-year-old woman named Sheila Ann Johnson disappeared from Jonesboro, Arkansas, leaving behind a few puzzling clues and a case that has remained cold for decades. She was last seen on January 18, 1989. The day after her last sighting, she was scheduled for an appointment with the Arkansas Social Services regarding food stamps.
