Dolores Mary Nussbaumer, a 73-year-old woman from Grand Rapids, Minnesota, was last seen on May 10, 1989. She had been staying with her husband at their vacation cabin near Crooked Lake, a remote and heavily wooded area. Around 3:30 p.m., she was observed walking along County Road 244, approximately ten miles north of Grand Rapids. Dolores was known to occasionally become confused, which may have contributed to her disappearance.
