Mary Jacqueline Levitz, 62, disappeared from her home in Vicksburg, Mississippi, on November 18, 1995. A widow of the co-founder of Levitz Furniture, she had moved to Vicksburg just weeks earlier to be closer to her family. On the day of her disappearance, Levitz was last seen purchasing wallpaper for her new home renovation project.
