Belinda Gay Blaniar, a 33-year-old woman from Arnold, Pennsylvania, was last seen on June 21, 1996. At around 1:10 a.m., she left her residence to purchase beer from Orpy's Bar but never returned home. She was reported missing shortly after by her common-law husband. Witnesses saw her leaving the bar, but she disappeared soon after. Blaniar was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jean shorts with red trim (notably with a hole in the right pant leg), and white deck shoes.
