Harry Lewis Israel, an 83-year-old man from Pinellas Park, Florida, was last seen on December 8, 1996. At the time, he operated a storage facility located at his residence on 72nd Avenue North. Earlier that day, a repairman had been inside Israel's home, which was the last confirmed sighting of him. Israel was reported missing later that same day by his adult daughter.
