Elsie M. Elsinga, aged 85, was last seen on February 16, 1997, at her residence in Port Richey, Florida. On the evening of her disappearance, Elsie spoke with her daughter, who lived next door, around 8:00 p.m. The following morning, her daughter found a note from Elsie stating, "I messed up my life and going away. Love, Mom." However, her daughter did not take this message seriously, as Elsie had made similar statements in the past. Despite this, Elsie was never seen again, and there ...
