Michelle Eason, a 26-year-old woman from Poughkeepsie, New York, was last seen on September 1, 1997, near Main Street. She was reported missing on October 9, 1997, as part of a series of disappearances in the area between 1996 and 1998. Eason, like several other victims, was involved in prostitution and drug use, frequenting the same areas targeted by serial killer Kendall Francois.
