Maebell Dawson, a 68-year-old woman, was last seen on January 3, 1998, in Jefferson Township, Ohio, near Dayton. That evening, around 9:30 p.m., she was observed entering her apartment at the Martin Luther Manor Living Center, where she lived on the second floor.
