Romelia Valentin, a 14-year-old girl, was last seen on June 4, 1999, in Fontana, California. At the time of her disappearance, Romelia had recently given birth to a baby boy, who was only one week old. She ran away from a foster home, and little information has emerged since about the circumstances leading to her disappearance.
