Lisa Ann Neugent, a 22-year-old woman, was last seen on August 8, 1999, in Conway, South Carolina. Her disappearance is linked to complex personal relationships and possible foul play. Lisa had been in an abusive marriage with Ricky Neugent, and after leaving him, she moved in with Frank Lloyd Isley Jr., her boyfriend at the time.
