Thomas Flowers, a 31-year-old man, was last seen on July 1, 2002, in Shiner, Texas. Authorities suspect that Flowers may have been taken against his will, although the specific circumstances leading to his disappearance remain unclear. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as an African-American male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5'6" tall and weighing around 155 pounds.
