Missing

Norman Hugh Ramsay, 49, was last seen in Newark, Delaware, in October 2003. Ramsay, also known by his nickname "Sunny," disappeared without any contact with his family or friends. At the time of his disappearance, Ramsay was believed to be driving a blue 1999 Honda Civic Del Sol with Florida license plates, though the vehicle has not been located. Described as 5'11" tall and weighing 160 pounds, Ramsay had distinguishing features, including a partially amputated third finger and a mustache.
