Michael Howell, a 21-year-old man from Central Islip, New York, has been missing since October 1, 2003. At the time of his disappearance, Howell was last seen at a bus station in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he was preparing to board a bus back to Suffolk County, New York. After that day, Howell was never heard from again, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
