Robert S. Grooms Jr., a 70-year-old man, was last seen on December 31, 2008, after leaving the Katura Springs Assisted Living Center in Eutawville, South Carolina. Grooms, who was known by the nickname "Bootsy," left the facility with another resident but never returned. While his companion made it back to the center, Grooms disappeared without a trace.
