Samuel Bell, 54, was last seen on September 3, 2009, in New Bern, North Carolina. At the time of his disappearance, Bell was described as a 5'7" tall, 220-pound African American man with black hair. Not much is known about the circumstances surrounding his disappearance, but Bell vanished without a trace, and few leads have emerged since then.
