Charles Lewis Randolph, 55, was last seen on October 15, 2009, in the Kings Mountain area of Casey County, Kentucky. A witness reported seeing him get into the back of a white SUV that afternoon. His truck was left parked at his residence, his dog was tied up outside, and a space heater was left on inside his locked trailer home.
