In the fall of 2009, concern began to grow for 55-year-old Charles 'Chuck' Lewis Randolph, a man who had lived a quiet life in his trailer in the Kings Mountain area of Casey County, Kentucky. He was last seen on October 15, 2009, with a friend reporting that they saw him getting into the back of a white SUV that afternoon.
