Billy Ray Silvers, a 70-year-old man from Russellville, Arkansas, was last seen on December 30, 2009. He was reported missing over two months later, on March 3, 2010, by his sister, who mentioned that they usually spoke several times a week but had not been in contact since late December. At the time of his disappearance, Billy was battling cancer and had distinctive tattoos, including the word "LOVE" on his fingers and a knife tattoo on his left leg.
