Summary based on the NamUs case record (MP13194) and 4 other sources
Theresa Rena Green, aged 40, was last seen on September 13, 2011, in Splendora, Texas. She was traveling in a white 1997 Ford F-150 pickup truck with two companions, a man named Shawn and another woman. They were reportedly heading to Nevada and Utah, possibly for a camping trip. Despite staying in touch with family and friends until October 16 of that year, no one heard from her after that date. Her family became increasingly concerned as communication suddenly ceased, and her whereabouts have remained a mystery since then.

Theresa was described as having several distinctive tattoos, including a knight and dragon on her shoulder, a moon and star on her arm, and tribal art on her lower back, among others. She was 5'6" and weighed around 267 pounds at the time of her disappearance. Though there were initial leads, few concrete details have emerged, and the case remains unsolved.

Authorities continue to seek information from the public, and her case remains open with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
